Roasted Vegetable Bowl With Hummus

|This is a very easy to make recipe in under 20 mins. For the health enthusiast who would like to keep their calorie count under control without sacrificing on taste.|
- 3-4 cups vegetables of choice (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 3-4 teaspoon of Earthy Bliss Hummus (use our Tandoori Hummus for a spicy kick or Beetroot Ricotta Hummus for a sweet flavour).
Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix the veggies with the olive oil, salt and pepper and spread out evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes, covered with foil. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the veggies are fork tender.
- Remove the veggies into a bowl and mix it well with 3-4 teaspoon of our Earthy Bliss Hummus
