Refund policy

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours after placing an order. To cancel your order, you will have to contact our customer services by sending an email to customercare@earthybliss.in or by calling us at (99999-82420) and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice, until the time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be canceled. Earthy Bliss has complete rights to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Earthy Bliss and accept its decision regarding the cancellation.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases in which Earthy Bliss has shipped the incorrect item. There will be NO refund on original shipping charges or on return shipping charges, (unless we have made an error or incorrect items were sent). 


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and if you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please, save your shipping box and packaging because it will need to be inspected by the carrier. If the box is discarded, claims cannot be filed for damaged goods or items.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your query, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Any order sent to a customer that is refused or is undeliverable, you will be charged the full amount of order including shipping costs. Undeliverable packages are treated like orders for which an incorrect address has been provided by the customer or orders where the carrier has made three attempts to deliver and no one is available to accept the package.

Note: Please check all addresses and zip codes carefully. Non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.
